Long Island Turkey Trail Trot 5K
The Long Island Turkey Trail Trot is a 5K run/walk held at Bethpage State Park, Polo Field in Bethpage, NY on November 14, 2026. The course uses park trails and is listed with the Massapequas Lands / Old Bethpage area. The event offers both in-person and virtual participation; virtual entrants may upload times and up to five photos during the event window from 11/14 to 11/22.
Event amenities include an informal bag check area, bathrooms a few minutes' walk from the start and finish, hydration provision at the finish, and post-race refreshments supplied by All Round Foods and Waterloo Sparkling Water. A free Kiddie Dash is offered for children, and event tees and family finisher photos are available.
Registration features in-person and virtual 5K options, and a bib mailing service is available for an additional fee if registered at least 10 days before the race. Age group recognition is provided for overall top finishers and for multiple age categories across female, male, and X non-binary divisions.
A portion of event proceeds benefits the Never Stop Running Foundation, and donations are designated to support the foundation's youth, special needs, and athlete development programs.
