The Never Stop Running Foundation 4-Leaf Clover 5K Trail Run/Walk is a trail running event scheduled for March 8, 2026, at Bethpage State Park in Old Bethpage, New York. The event takes place rain or shine.

Location and Course

The race starts and finishes at the "Polo at the Park" area within Bethpage State Park. Parking is available at the Bethpage State Park Playground lot. The course begins on a grassy polo field before entering the park's scenic, soft trails. The route is described as mostly flat with few small hills, offering a cross-country feel.

Distances and Registration

The event features a 5K trail run/walk. A free Kiddie Clover Fun Run is also offered. Registration is available for an in-person 5K or a virtual 5K option that can be completed between March 8 and March 15, 2026. Early bird pricing is listed. A bib mailing option is available for an additional fee if registered at least 10 days in advance.

Amenities and Features

Participants receive a "good luck clover" shirt. Post-race refreshments are provided, including items from All Round Foods and Waterloo Sparkling Water. Participants aged 21 and over with valid ID can enjoy a free beer. Hydration is available at the finish line, and bathrooms are located a short walk from the start/finish area. An informal bag check area is provided.

A 3 x 2 mile cross country relay at Sunken Meadow State Park in Kings Park, NY, marking the 47th running of the event. The program includes a youth division, a costume contest with prizes, post race refreshments and multiple age categories.

Looped hill races at Sunken Meadow State Park where the most distance in a three hour loop crowns the King and Queen, and a separate one hour event crowns the Prince and Princess.

A rugged, technical trail event in Van Cortlandt Park featuring a two-loop 10k and a Kids Fun Run, with portions of fees supporting local trail maintenance and youth programs.

Run the perimeter of Heckscher State Park on smooth trails. Choose a 7-mile or 14-mile loop for a cupless, manually timed race. All finishers get a wooden medallion and a bucket hat.
