Notos Ultra-Trail is a trail running event in the Centre-du-Québec region featuring multiple routes that cross Mont Arthabaska, the Boisé des Frères and the Sentier des Trotteurs, among other local trails near Sainte-Hélène-de-Chester, Vianney, Saint-Ferdinand and Victoriaville. Courses include views of the Appalachian range and a local wind farm.

- 65 km : 2125 m elevation gain, 6 aid stations, linear course
- 45 km : 1455 m elevation gain, 4 aid stations
- 30 km : 958 m elevation gain, 3 aid stations
- 20 km : 491 m elevation gain, 2 aid stations
- 10 km : 351 m elevation gain, 1 aid station
- 5 km : 55 m elevation gain, no aid stations
- 2 km and 1 km : introductory runs in the Boisé des Frères
Operational details include mandatory shuttles from the Complexe 905 for some distances, a 65 km team option with a relay exchange at Trottier, and a drop bag available at the 30 km aid station for 65 km runners. Some races have time limits and maximum field sizes noted. The event is sanctioned by the Fédération québécoise d’athlétisme. Safety on the courses is supported by the Canadian ski patrol, provincial police and event volunteers, with local hospital services informed.
