Trail du Mont Ham

Trail du Mont Ham is a trail running event held on November 1, 2026 in Ham-Sud at 103 route 257 Ouest. The course crosses dense forests and rocky ridges and reaches the Mont Ham summit, a rocky peak with a 360 degree view of the surrounding area.

The event offers several distances:

• 1 km (children)
• 5 km
• 10 km
• 15 km
• 30 km, which completes two loops passing by the highest summit

The event includes on site bib pickup and an after race meal. Course maps are provided for route details and the 30 km uses a loop that visits the main summit twice.
