North Texas Ultra
The North Texas Ultra is a multi-distance trail event held on the Lost Creek Reservoir State Trailway at Fort Richardson State Park - North Park Unit in Jacksboro, Texas. The course uses a 15.5 mile out and back loop on an open trail surfaced in soft fine gravel. Each loop has about 550 feet of elevation gain and loss.

- 100K
- 52 Miler
- 50K
- 25K
- 25K RUCK
- 10K
- 5K
The event provides marked and supported aid stations, photography, and on-course volunteers. Finishers receive collectible medals; 50K and 52M finishers have distance inscriptions on their medals, and 100K finishers receive a buckle. First place awards are given to male and female winners in each distance, and a Dead Freakin' Last award is given in the 100K.
Pacers are allowed on the final two loops of the 100K and 52M and on the final loop of the 50K. The ruck division requires 30 pounds for participants above 150 pounds and 20 pounds for those below 150 pounds; ruck sack or vest is allowed. The event uses a 20 hour cutoff.
