The 100-mile distance has a 30-hour cutoff. The 15K has a 3.5-hour cutoff, which is the same time the 100-mile distance finishes on Sunday. The 50-mile, marathon, and half marathon are listed as having generous cutoffs.

Finishers receive distance-specific awards: the 100-mile offers sub-20, sub-24, or finisher buckles; the 50-mile, marathon, half marathon, and 15K award medals by distance. Runners receive a soft race shirt; 100-mile entrants may receive a long-sleeve shirt if registered before the shirt order cutoff approximately 2 1/2 weeks prior to the event. Volunteers earn race credits that can transfer to runners. Cancellation policy: cancel more than 30 days before the race for 100% race credit; cancel between 30 days and two weeks before for 50% race credit; no refunds or transfers less than two weeks before race day. Credits expire in one year unless extended for medical or military reasons with prior arrangement. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
