The Nature Calls Trail Race, held at Lula Lake Land Trust near Chattanooga, TN, offers a low-key, no-frills trail running and hiking experience with 5K and 15K distances. The 5K course is very easy, while the 15K features challenging terrain including the High Adventure trail with a rope section and a steep descent to Lula Falls. The event welcomes hikers who can maintain a 16-minute mile pace, with cutoff times of 50 minutes for the 5K and 3 hours for the 15K. After the race, participants enjoy snacks and beverages.
