Musser Madness is a multi-event endurance race held at Camp Hart in the rustic Hart Scout Reservation along Unami Creek in Pennsburg, PA. The lineup includes 12-hour, 6-hour, 3-hour events, a 6-mile hike, and a Virtual option. Runners complete loops around roughly 5 to 6.5 miles on mostly single-track, technical trails with roots, rocks, dirt, and mud, enjoying shaded sections and hills.

The course may transition from red to blue, with some red segments potentially too technical to run. An aid station offers carbs, fruit, water, Gatorade, and soda, plus hot meals.
