Muddy Dash in Pittsburgh on September 5, 2026 is a 5K mud run held at Switchback MX. The course includes obstacles, mud pits, and slides. Light quick-dry clothing is recommended. Kids are welcome subject to event rules.
Event-day activities include a pre-party with music, a DJ, dancing and photo opportunities, and an after-party at the finish area with a DJ, music, food trucks, food and beer. Registration options include a standard package that lists a race bib, finisher medal and post-race party, and a VIP package that includes VIP check-in, a tour t-shirt, towel, drawstring bag, sunglasses, a silicone wristband and a VIP tattoo.
Logistics provided by the organizer note a packet pick up on September 4 at Switchback MX with a race day packet fee if not collected in advance. Parking at the venue may include a cash only charge up to $20 collected by the venue. A bag check is available for a fee paid at the event. Spectators may attend without a charge.
