Hollywood Sign Run | Hike : Griffith Park, Los Angeles
The Hollywood Sign Run | Hike on January 24, 2027 takes place in Griffith Park at the fire road just north of the Old Zoo picnic area. The event program includes multiple distances on marked out and back courses with trail and asphalt sections.

- 8M Hollywood Sign Run | Hike, out and back to the Hollywood Sign viewpoint
- 8K Mt Hollywood 8K, includes a Cathy’s Corner turn-around
- 5K Griffith Park 5K Trail Challenge
- 2.2K P-2.2K Kid Run
Course and services: terrain is a mix of trails and asphalt (8M approx 6 miles trails and 2 miles asphalt; 8K about 3.12 miles trails and 1.9 miles asphalt; 5K about 3.12 miles trails; kid run all trails). Aid stations and medical staff are placed along the courses, and porta-potties are provided at the start and finish. Free race photos are available for the 8M with Mt. Lee, the Hollywood Sign, the Observatory, and Downtown Los Angeles in frame.
Participant items and logistics: all participants receive a premium gender specific short sleeve t-shirt and a finisher medal; awards are given for overall and age grade division winners. Gear check and finish line refreshments are provided. Registration policies include one time transfers and one time deferrals with requests required at least 14 days before the event; refunds are not offered.
