Meet the Minotaur is a skyrunning weekend held from June 26 to 28, 2026 around Crowsnest Pass and Castle Mountain Resort. The event features multiple race formats and courses certified by the International Skyrunning Federation.

The Minotaur SkyRace is an ISF certified course and serves as the host race for the 2026 Canadian National Skyrunning Championships. The Mini-Taur is the host for the 2026 continental youth skyrunning championships. Time limits are listed as 12 hours for the SkyRace and 5 hours for the Mini-Taur.

The Minotaur VK at Castle Mountain Resort uses single track, talus, scree and cat track. Organizers note the SkyRace follows a remote mountain course.
