Litton Birks Fell Race
Litton Birks Fell Race is a fell race held in Litton, taking in Littondale and Upper Wharfedale within the Yorkshire Dales National Park. The senior course is a 5 km route with about 362 m of ascent, and it uses a course adopted in 2024. The event base and registration are at the Queens Arms pub in Litton; refreshments will be available in a beer garden tent and prize giving is held at the same venue.

Age and entry notes: the minimum age for the senior race is 17 years. Junior categories use age on 1 May 2025; minimum age for juniors on the day is 6 years. Junior entry is charged at £3 per competitor and is by entry on the day only; senior entry fees are listed as FRA member £5.00 and non member £6.00.
Logistics and safety: parking is provided in a field about 300 m from the start with signage and marshals. Competitors are asked to carry specified kit including map, compass, whistle, waterproof top and bottoms with taped seams, hat and gloves.
