Entry, fees and age limits

Pre-entry is available via SiEntries for seniors only. Pre-entry fees are £5 for FRA members and £6 for non-members. Entry on the day is allowed; fees are £6 for members and £7 for non-members. Minimum age for the senior race is 17 years. Junior entries are available with a minimum age of 6 years on the day; junior entry on the day is £3 per child.

Facilities and requirements

Registration and prizegiving take place at the Queens Arms pub. Parking is provided in a field about 300 m from the start; participants should follow signs and marshal instructions. Food and drinks will be available in a beer garden tent and pub dining is available by prior booking. Recommended kit includes map, compass, whistle, waterproof top and bottoms with taped seams, hat and gloves.
