Litton Birks Fell Race is an AS-category fell race held on Saturday 21 November 2026 at the Queens Arms, Litton, North Yorkshire (BD23 5QJ). The senior course is 5 km with about 362 m of ascent. The minimum age for the senior race is 17 years. Teams are not allowed. The event holds a permit and associated UK Athletics insurance from the FRA. Registration and prize giving take place at the Queens Arms. Parking is available in a field about 300 m from the start. Teas, coffees and other refreshments will be available in a beer garden tent.

Junior races will be held on shorter courses with approximate distances and ascent as follows:

  • 0.8 km - 22 m ascent (U9)
  • 1.6 km - 63 m ascent (U12)
  • 1.9 km - 103 m ascent (U14)
  • 3.2 km - 219 m ascent (U17)

A new course was adopted in 2024. Pre-entry is available for seniors; pre-entry fees are listed as £5 (members) and £6 (non-members). Junior entry is on the day only and listed at £3 per junior.
