Don't Die in the Chair Last Man Standing

Don't Die in the Chair Last Man Standing is scheduled for March 20, 2027 in Rome, GA and is organized by Three of Seven Project. The event uses a variant of the backyard ultra format in which each loop is four miles and the allowed time to complete each successive loop is shortened by one minute compared with the previous loop. For example, the first loop has a one hour cutoff, the second loop a 59 minute cutoff, and so on.

There is a single aid station at the start and finish of the course stocked with water and snacks. Packet pickup is available at the start line and there is a pre-race course brief with the event team. Camping is allowed on site the day before and the day of the race; tents and RVs are permitted but there are no electrical or water hookups. Ground fires are not allowed; portable fire pits only. Limited event merchandise will be available for purchase for cash or Venmo. Porta-potties will be on site.
