The Lake McMurtry Run is a trail running event held at the Lake McMurtry West Recreation Area in Stillwater, Oklahoma. Multiple distance options are offered, including ruck divisions.

Courses run on single-track trails through pine stands and along the lake shore. The layout uses a loop on the west side of the lake; the longer distances include an out-and-back to the east side. The 50K course has approximately 2,600 feet of elevation gain. Aid stations are fully stocked; the East Pavilion aid station closes at 2 PM, Catfish Cove closes at 5 PM, and the overall cutoff for all distances is 7 PM.
Entries include finisher medals or unique buckles, a participant t-shirt, complimentary race photos, and post-race meals. Hoodies are available for separate purchase. Packet pickup is located at the west side pavilion. Day parking permits for Lake McMurtry can be purchased and a receipt or hang tag should be displayed in the vehicle.
Event policies note that trekking poles are allowed, dogs must be leashed, walking is permitted, and runners must follow race management directions. The organizer offers a military discount, a child entry benefit for in-person registration, and volunteer credits toward future race registrations.
