La Bri’zeuse

La Bri'zeuse is a Norman trail that welcomed nearly 1,700 participants in 2023, including about 1,000 trail runners, with a variety of races and official timing. The courses, which are very demanding and technical, offer distances ranging from 10 km to an Ultra of 50 km, as well as walks from 6 to 16 km. The trails are listed on the UTMB index and are part of the Cotentin Trail Challenge, offering varied landscapes and rewards by category.
