Kodiak Mountain Series

Kodiak Mountain Series is a three day stage race in Kodiak, Alaska, with one mountain run each day. The event lists a cumulative total of 20 miles and 8,000 ft of ascent across three days.

Each day uses a distinct course; named courses include Heitman, Sharatin, and Pyramid. The event is presented as a three day mountain running series and includes related race information, course maps, media, and results.

The series is sanctioned by United States of America Track and Field. USATF will award cash prizes to top finishers who hold USATF membership. USATF membership is not required to enter the event but is required to be eligible for those specific cash prizes and for two bonus cash prizes drawn at random.

Proceeds benefit Island Trails Network. The event is Trail Sisters Approved and supports Trail Sisters' mission to increase women’s participation and opportunity in trail running and hiking.
