The event takes place at Ray Roberts Lake State Park, Isle Du Bois area, near Pilot Point, TX. It is located about one hour north of Dallas and Fort Worth. Distances offered are:
- 50K
- 20 Miler
- 10 Miler
- 4 Miler

Course and policies
The trails are a mix of well-groomed single track with some technical sections that include roots and rocks. If rain makes the trails wet, the race will move to the greenbelt trails at the same park.
Per the event permit, each participant must have a Day Pass, Camping Pass, or Texas State Park Pass; passes will be checked during packet pick up. Participants without a pass will be required to pay cash to the organizers, who will pass the payment to the park.
Cancellation and credit policy: cancellations more than 30 days before race day receive 100% race credit for another event; cancellations between 30 days and two weeks before race day receive 50% race credit. No refunds or transfers are allowed less than two weeks before race day. Bib transfers are allowed up until two weeks before the race only if the event has not sold out; a $15 administration fee plus transaction fees applies to the accepting runner.
