Course and policies

The 100 miler is ten out-and-back laps on a flat, fast river trail with about 75% shade. The 50 miler is five out-and-back laps. The 50K consists of a short out-and-back plus three longer out-and-backs for a total of 31 miles. There will be manned aid stations approximately every 5 miles. Time limits are a 36 hour cutoff for the 100 mile, and 34 hours for the 50 mile and the 50K. There are no refunds; deferrals to the following year are allowed up to 30 days before the event. Event changes are not permitted after races have started. The 36 Hour format records achieved mileage rather than a DNF and awards according to mileage achieved.
