Event Overview

The Iron Will 100 takes place in Junction City, Kansas. The event offers four distance options: 100 Miler, 50 Mile, 50K, and 36 Hour.

Course Information

The course is a flat, fast river trail with approximately 75% shade cover.

• The 100 Miler consists of 10 out-and-back segments.
• The 50 Mile consists of 5 out-and-back segments.
• The 50K involves a short out-and-back followed by 3 longer out-and-back segments for a total of 31 miles. There are manned aid stations approximately every 5 miles.

Awards and Policies

All four event finishers receive a buckle, with the buckle for the 100-mile distance being the largest. Additional awards are given to the top female and male finishers in each event.

Cutoff times are 36 hours for the 100-mile distance, and 34 hours for both the 50-mile and 50K distances. The event has a no-refund policy. Deferrals to the following year are permitted up to 30 days before the event. Participants cannot change events or drop down to a shorter distance after the races have started.
