Iron Will 100 is a multi-distance trail event held near Junction City, Kansas at 5203 N HWY 57. The course uses a river trail that is described as flat and fast, with about 75% shade. Manned aid stations are located every five miles.

The 100 mile consists of ten out-and-back loops. The 50 mile is five out-and-back loops. The 50K begins with a short out-and-back and then three longer out-and-backs for about 31 miles total. A 36 hour timed option is offered and entries in that option record distance toward awards rather than a DNF.

Awards and gear information includes finisher buckles for all four events, with the 100 mile buckle being the largest, and awards for top female and male finishers in each event. Shirts are guaranteed only for participants registered by August 27; additional shirts may be ordered but sizes and availability are not guaranteed after that date.
