Distances and formats:

• 100 Mile: 10 out-and-back laps on a flat river trail, 75% shade.
• 50 Mile: 5 out-and-back laps.
• 50K: One short out-and-back plus three longer out-and-backs for about 31 miles.
• 36 Hour: Continuous timed option with mileage-based awards.

Cutoffs and awards are specified for each distance. The 100 mile has a 36 hour cutoff. The 50 mile and the 50K each have 34 hour cutoffs. Finishers in all four events receive finisher buckles, with the 100 mile buckle being the largest. Awards are given to the top female and male finishers in each event.

Registration and policies: registration closes Wed, Sep 16 at 11:59 PM CT. Participants registered by August 27 are guaranteed a shirt; extras may be available after that date but sizes are not guaranteed. There are no refunds; deferrals to the following year are allowed up to 30 days before the event. No event changes or drop downs are permitted after racing has started.
