Hounslow Classic 2026 : event overview

The Hounslow Classic is a weekend trail running event held 11-13 September 2026 at Allview Escape in Blackheath, NSW. The event takes place in the Grose Valley Wilderness and uses trails around the Govetts Leap, Evans Lookout and Grand Canyon areas. The terrain includes steep climbs, technical singletrack, sheer sandstone cliff tops, canyon trails and rocky peaks with panoramic views of the Grose Valley. The event is organised by SingleTrack Events and is held on the Ngurra (Country) of the Dharug and Gundungurra peoples.

Courses and practical facts

  • 17 km : scenic cliff-top trail between Govetts Leap and Evans Lookout, including the Grand Canyon track.
  • 42 km : follows the 17 km route then continues as an out-and-back from Allview Escape to the Pinnacles via Perrys Lookdown and Lockleys Pylon.
