Hounslow Classic

The Hounslow Classic is a weekend trail running event in the Blue Mountains near Blackheath, held within the Grose Valley Wilderness and organised by SingleTrack Events. The event village is at Allview Escape, Hat Hill Rd, Blackheath NSW 2785.

Courses run on sandstone cliffs and canyon trails. Runners traverse cliff top routes between Govetts Leap and Evans Lookout, pass through the Grand Canyon track, and ascend rocky peaks with wide views over the chiselled Grose Valley. The terrain includes steep climbs, technical singletrack, rocky steps and deep valleys.

The Hounslow Marathon follows the 17k route and then continues on an out and back from Allview Escape to the Pinnacles via Perrys Lookdown and Lockleys Pylon.
