The Hoof it for Heifer is a 20k trail run on the Boy Scouts of America Trail in Petit Jean State Park near Morrilton, AR. The trail offers diverse plant and animal habitats, from lush vegetation to desert-like conditions. The course is technical with about 2000 vertical feet of gain, making it feel more like 16 miles than the logged 12 miles. The race has raised over $60,000 for Heifer International, with all net proceeds going to the organization to end world hunger.
