Minimum ages apply: 16 for the half marathon, 12 for 10 km, 8 for 5 km, and juniors must be 15 years or younger. Competition is run in two categories - Individual Open (no qualification required; open prizes to top three across each distance) and Individual Age Group (age-based awards, subject to minimum entries; junior distances receive finisher medals only). Race kit collection is organised before the event for hotel-based competitors and by check-in for those travelling from the mainland. Shortcuts lead to disqualification, only one earphone is permitted for personal audio, and organisers advise adequate fitness and personal medical insurance for the duration of travel and participation.
