Great Longstone Chase is a popular fell race set in the Peak District, Derbyshire, United Kingdom. The mostly off-road course covers 7.7 km (4.8 miles) with around 290 m (591 ft) of climbing, starting on Longstone Edge and weaving across moorland, woodland and fields back into the village. The event is known for its friendly atmosphere and end-of-summer feel, and it limits entries to 200 runners with online registration only. It carries a FRA permit with UK Athletics insurance.
