The race is associated with Daybreak Racing and Freetrail. The event location is about a 35-40 minute drive east of Portland and includes camping on Thunder Island near the start/finish area.

Registration, capacity and logistics

Registration opens October 8, 2025. Early and late registration fees are listed for each distance; the fee does not include event platform processing fees, taxes, or add-ons. Each race day has a limit of 450 runners. Once a race fills, distance transfers are not available and a waitlist may be activated. The event provides chip timing, aid stations, medical support, restrooms, shuttle buses, on-course communications, post-race food and beverage, and custom finisher awards. Parking at Marine Park requires a $10 daily fee paid to the Port of Cascade Locks; additional curbside parking is available along Wa Na Pa St. A portion of proceeds will be donated to Trailkeepers of Oregon.
