Gopherdillo Trail Run

The Gopherdillo Trail Run takes place on Saturday, February 7, 2026, at Lake Manatee State Park in Bradenton, FL (20007 FL-64, Bradenton, FL 34212). The event includes two distances:

Course and logistics

Both distances follow dedicated routes with no loops. Surfaces on the course include sand, grass, and paved roads. The course passes near Lake Manatee and runs through Florida vegetation where local wildlife such as armadillos, gopher tortoises, and native birds may be seen. All finishers receive a finisher medal.

Shirts are offered as a performance men's cut T-shirt, with an upgrade available to a performance long sleeve for an extra fee. Park entry fees for registrants are included in registration; registrants must show confirmation at the park gate. Spectators are subject to state park fees. Organizers request that participants carpool when possible.

Packet pickup is scheduled on February 4 and 5 at Run With Purpose Nutrition, 8319 Lockwood Ridge Rd, Sarasota, FL (8:00 am to 4:00 pm), on February 6 at New Balance, 315 N Cattlemen Rd, Sarasota, FL (4:00 pm to 7:00 pm), and on race day at the park (6:30 am to 7:30 am).
