Route and logistics

The course runs in Garryduff/Rochestown Woods, located to the south-east of Cork City. The route includes technical sections, climbing and single-track trails. Parking at Garryduff Sports Centre is not available; parking is limited. Suggested parking locations include the Rochestown Inn car park, Upper Belmont Avenue and Upper Kensington. The lane leading to the woods must not be blocked.

Mandatory kit and race rules

Mandatory kit is Level B - Standard and must be carried by all runners. Required items are a waterproof jacket, hat or buff, gloves, whistle, a charged mobile phone with an emergency number stored, and a foil blanket or bivvy bag equivalent. The specific kit to be carried may be finalised on the day and will be advised at registration. Failure to have the required items may result in denied entry or disqualification.
