This event takes place in Rochestown Woods, County Cork, on Sunday 11th October 2026. The long course covers approximately 6.50 km with about 200 m of climb. The route is fully waymarked and GPS use is allowed.

The terrain includes technical sections, climbs and single-track trail. The organiser describes the route as a mix of technical running, climbing and single-track. Mandatory kit is Level B standard and includes a waterproof jacket, hat or buff, gloves, a whistle, a charged mobile phone with the emergency number stored, and a foil blanket or bivvy bag or equivalent. All runners must bring these items; the specific kit to be carried during the race will be confirmed at Registration. Random kit checks may be carried out and failure to have required items can lead to denial of entry or disqualification.

Entry fees are €7 for seniors and €5 for over 65s and under 18s. Entries open on Sunday 4th October 2026 and close on Saturday 10th October 2026.

Access is from the south-east of Cork City. The organiser notes that parking at the sports centre is not available and that parking near Rochestown Inn or along Upper Belmont Avenue or Upper Kensington is suggested.
