Fuzzy's Taco Dash - Sugarland
Fuzzy's Taco Dash is an annual running event held in Sugarland, Texas. Organized by the Rad Racing Company, the event features several race categories held along the Greenbelt Trails. Participants can choose from the following distances:
- 10k individual race
- 5k individual race
- 10k Relay for teams of 2 to 4 people
- Kids Dash for children aged 10 and under
- Virtual 5k and 10k options
The 10k Relay consists of four 1.5-mile legs. A unique requirement of the relay is that each participant must prepare a taco before tagging their teammate. For the Kids Dash, the distance is approximately 100-200 meters. The event includes pre-race activities such as a warm-up session and an attire contest.
All registered participants receive a custom race shirt, a finishers medal, and a race bib. Awards are presented to top finishers in various age groups for the 5k and 10k distances, as well as the top relay teams. The race is held regardless of rain or cold, though extreme weather may lead to course adjustments.
