The Wiener Run 5K & 10K takes place on May 16, 2026, at Oyster Creek Park in Sugar Land, Texas. The event partners with a local wiener dog rescue and will donate a portion of proceeds. Organizers will collect dog food, toys, and treats on site and will have adoptable dogs at the event. Runners receive finisher medals and race tees. A free hot dog and beverage are provided at the finish line. The course uses a mix of pavement, crushed granite, and grass paths. Aid stations are available along the course. The event is planned to run rain or shine. Shirt orders are guaranteed if placed at least 10 days before race day.

  • 5K (3.11 miles) - chip-timed with age-group awards.

Age-group awards are offered for the 5K and 10K, with a Bigfoot Trophy for 1st overall male and female and recognition pins for 1st Masters (40+).
