Frankie's Vertical Backyard Ultra

The event takes place on September 26, 2026 at 220 Angus Archie Rd, Mabou, Nova Scotia, Canada. It is a vertical backyard ultra in which each loop features an ascent and descent of 370 m on a route of roughly 4 km.

Participants have one hour to complete each loop and the standard backyard ultra rules apply. Water and Tailwind will be provided throughout the event. Free camping at the start/finish is available for runners and crew during the event.

The listed registration fee is CA$94.04 and includes race swag, insurance, and a CA$10 donation to the Mabou food bank. Ten dollars from every registration fee will be donated to the food bank. Prize payouts are CA$750 for the winner and CA$250 for the assist.
