Frankie's Vertical Backyard Ultra : description

Frankie's Vertical Backyard Ultra takes place at 220 Angus Archie Rd in Mabou, Nova Scotia, Canada. The event follows the backyard ultra format: participants repeat an approximately 4 km loop that ascends and descends 370 m each lap. Competitors have one hour to complete each loop under the standard backyard ultra rules.

Free camping is available at the start/finish area for runners and crew. Water and Tailwind are provided throughout the event. Ten Canadian dollars from each registration fee will be donated to the Mabou food bank. The listed registration fee includes race swag, insurance, and the donation portion.

Prize money is announced for top finishers with CA$750 for the winner and CA$250 for the assist. Volunteer spots are offered at no cost and include an entry benefit for the following year under the organizer's terms.
