Capes 100

Capes 100 is Atlantic Canada's first 100-mile trail running race, held in Mabou, Nova Scotia. The event features challenging courses across the stunning Mabou Highlands and along the Atlantic Ocean, offering runners breathtaking views of beaches, streams, and coastal vistas. In addition to the 100-mile race, there are 46K and 86K distance options, catering to various endurance levels.

Participants receive a technical running shirt, insurance, and eligibility for prize draws, with finishers of the 100-mile race earning a special buckle. The race emphasizes environmental responsibility, encouraging carbon offsetting through tree planting. The event attracts around 300 participants and fosters a vibrant, supportive atmosphere.
