Capes 100 - August 7-9, 2026
The event takes place at 220 Angus Archie Rd, Mabou, Nova Scotia. Courses run atop the Mabou Highlands and along the Atlantic Ocean, passing beaches, streams, and scenic viewpoints.
Distances offered:
- 160K (36 hour time limit)
- 86K (22 hour time limit)
- 46K (14 hour time limit)
Listed registration fees include mandatory charges. Posted prices are CA$315.38 for the 160K, CA$218.21 for the 86K, and CA$153.43 for the 46K. All three distances are indicated as sold out. Participants must be at least 19 years old.
Volunteer roles are available with roughly 8 hour shifts between Saturday morning and Sunday evening; volunteers receive a Salomon Capes 100 technical shirt, free camping, and entry into prize draws. A pacer option is offered to join a 100 mile runner.
