Capes 100
Capes 100 is Atlantic Canada’s first 100‑mile trail race, staged in Mabou, Cape Breton, Nova Scotia. The event offers 160k, 86k, and 46k options on trails that traverse the Mabou Highlands and run along the Atlantic, featuring beaches, streams, and spectacular vistas. The course is described as inspiring and challenging, rooted in Cape Breton’s rugged terrain near Cape Mabou and Foot Cape. Registration includes a Salomon Capes 100 technical running shirt, insurance, and prize eligibility, plus a finisher’s buckle.
