Course, aid and services

Courses are marked with colored ribbon, laminated signs, and flour arrows at complex sections; blue ribbons mark wrong-way trails. Aid stations supply gels, chews, Stroopwafels, trail mix, PB&J, chips, soda, water, Skratch Labs hydration mix, salt tablets, fresh fruit, and basic first aid (no anti-inflammatory medicine). Drop bag services are not available. This is a cupless event; runners must carry their own bottle or reusable cup. Reusable cups will be available for purchase on site. Dogs on leash are permitted in the parks; runners with dogs must start at the back of the pack. Awards include trophies for top three overall, medals for finishers, pint glasses for 50K finishers, and age-group medals. Shirt size guarantees require registration by January 24, 2026.
