Fort Henry 5km Cross Country Race

The Fort Henry 5km Cross Country Race, organized annually by the Kingston Road Runners Association (KRRA), is held at Fort Henry Hill, offering scenic views of Fort Henry, the Royal Military College, and Kingston city. The event features a 5K cross country race on a well-groomed 2.5 km loop with rolling grassy hills, the same course used for the 2018 National Cross Country.
