Fort Henry 5km Cross Country Race

Fort Henry 5KXC Cross Country Race, staged by the Kingston Road Runners Association, takes place on Fort Henry Hill in Kingston. The event features a 5-kilometer cross-country course run on a 2.5-km loop of grassy, rolling terrain, with two laps to complete the distance. A Kids 1KXC race precedes it as part of the Kingston Kids Race Series.
The closed loop, used by many clubs, offers views of Fort Henry, the Royal Military College, and the city. Prizes include medals for top finishers and age groups, plus team competition in the 5K.
