The event is scheduled at Browns Ravine Marina on Folsom Lake and is tentative due to ongoing construction. It uses an out-and-back route along the southern (eastern) shore, passing Falcon Crest, Salmon Falls, and Sweetwater Trail Head. The start/finish is planned at Browns Ravine Marina.

Events offered:

  • 10K
  • Half Marathon

Aid stations are placed approximately every 4 to 6 miles and provide a range of foods and beverages such as energy gels and chews, trail mix, salty foods, soda, water, Skratch Hydration, PB&J, and fruit. Runners are encouraged to carry at least one 20 oz bottle because distances between aid stations vary. There is an 8 hour time limit for the 35K and 50K races.
