The 5K Foam Fest - Sydney 2026
The 5K Foam Fest is an obstacle-based fun run held at Saxony Road in Horsley Park, New South Wales. The event features a course with over 25 obstacles, including mud pits, 2.5 million cubic feet of foam, and a large inflatable waterslide. All obstacles on the course are optional, allowing participants to move at their own pace.

The run is open to participants aged 7 and older. Children between the ages of 7 and 12 must be accompanied by a registered adult, while those aged 13 to 17 can participate without a chaperone. For children aged 6 and under, a free Kids FUN Zone is available, featuring a mini inflatable obstacle course and a bounce house.
Registration includes several items such as a finisher's medal, a string bag, a buff, and a temporary tattoo. Participants also have access to water stations, shower stations, and changing rooms. The festival area includes a beer garden, food vendors, and music. Spectators can access the festival area and beer garden for free.
