The 5K Foam Fest in Horsley Park, Sydney is an obstacle course based fun run held on December 5, 2026. The course covers 5 km and features more than 25 optional obstacles, including a large inflatable waterslide, mud pits and about 2.5 million cubic feet of foam. Participants may walk or run and choose which obstacles to attempt.
The event includes a festival area with live music, food vendors, local stalls and a beer garden. There is a free kids zone for children aged 6 and under; children in that area require adult supervision. Children aged 7 to 12 may run the course only when accompanied by a registered adult. Participants aged 13 to 17 do not require an adult chaperone but must follow course rules. A legal guardian must sign waivers for anyone under 18.
Registration provides entry to the run plus a string bag, buff, finisher's medal, a Foam Fest tattoo, water stations, shower stations, change room access, festival access, free kids zone entry and a low resolution finish photo. High resolution photos are available for purchase. No refunds are issued on entries or payments; transfers are available. Corporate and group rates apply for groups of 10 or more.
