The 5K Foam Fest Sydney 2026 is an obstacle course based fun run held on December 5, 2026 at Saxony Rd, Horsley Park NSW 2175, Australia. The course covers approximately 5 km and features more than 25 obstacles, inflatable elements including a very large waterslide, mud pits, and about 2.5 million cubic feet of foam. The event includes music, a festival area with food and local vendors, a beer garden, water stations, shower and change room access, and a free kids zone for children aged 6 and under.
Participants aged 7 and up may run the course. Children aged 7 to 12 must run with a registered adult; participants aged 13 to 17 do not require an adult chaperone but must follow all course rules.
