Flutters and Foliage Endurance Race

The Flutters and Foliage Endurance Race is a timed running event held in Cohoes, NY at 500 Delaware Street. This will be the fourth edition of the event and it is described as the only timed event of its kind in the greater Capital District of New York State. Multiple timed formats are offered to suit different race plans:

  • 6 hour solo endurance
  • 6 hour 3-person relay
  • 6 hour 6-person relay
  • 3 hour solo endurance
  • 1 hour solo endurance

Packet pick up is offered the day before the race with details to be announced. Registration closes September 30. Buckles are awarded to any solo runner who covers more than 26.2 miles. Every starter receives a finisher award. Vendors will be on site for product demonstrations and porta-potties are planned pending park ranger approval. Dogs are welcome and children are encouraged; pacers are permitted if they are registered. Crew may set up on race morning.

The event is organized by Flutters of Hope Inc, a nonprofit that assists individuals and families affected by eating disorders.
