Course Details

The Marathon consists of one 26.2-mile loop with 4 aid stations. The 50 Miler consists of two 25-mile loops with 5 aid stations per loop. The 50 Miler has a 14-hour cutoff time, and the Marathon has a 13.5-hour cutoff time. The course is described as having over 2000 feet of elevation change per loop.

Other Information

Packet pickup is available on Friday, April 10th, at Manhattan Running Company, and on race day at the start/finish line located at the Green Valley Community Center (3770 Green Valley Rd, Manhattan, KS). Following the race, there will be food and non-alcoholic drinks. All proceeds from the race go to support local schools.

Awards

Every finisher receives a finisher's belt buckle with the race logo. Winners receive a painted rock from the course. Participants who have completed the race 5 times also receive a painted rock with all the years completed on it. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.

The 14th annual Konza 25K & 10K takes runners onto the scenic Konza Prairie Nature Trail in Manhattan, Kansas. Choose between the 25K or 10K distance for a run through native prairie landscape.

The Iron Will 100 in Kansas features ultra distances on a flat, shaded river trail. Choose from 100 miles, 50 miles, 50K, or a 36-hour format. All finishers earn a commemorative buckle.
