Aid station coverage varies by distance: the 50K has seven aid stations (five fully stocked and two water-only), the 25K has three aid stations (two fully stocked and one water-only), the 12K has one fully stocked aid station, and the 5K has no aid stations. Approximate spacing between aid stations is about 3.5 to 5 miles.
Packet pickup is available on the evening before the race with a spaghetti dinner offering vegetarian and gluten-free options, and there is also pickup on race morning. Drop bags and crew access are allowed only for the 50K at specified locations. Trekking poles and leashed dogs are permitted. The event publishes rules on DNFs, DQs, dropdowns, transfers, and cancellations, and no refunds are issued for cancellations except as race credit under the stated policy.
