Flag Rock 5K Trail Run

The Flag Rock 5K Trail Run is a trail race held in Norton, Virginia, on the City of Norton’s Flag Rock Area Trails within the Flag Rock Recreation Area. The course follows the local trail system managed by the city and takes place as part of the High Knob Outdoor Fest.
