Course & Location
The event is a trail run through Ruby Grant Park. The course is mostly flat with some gentle hills. The surfaces include grass, sidewalk, and some gravel. The event states the course is often used for local high school cross-country races.
Registration & Logistics
Standard registration prices are $30 for the 5K and $20 for the 1 Mile Fun Run. A race shirt can be added to registration for an extra $10. Packet pickup is available the day before the race at Bethel Baptist Church (1717 W Lindsey St, Norman). On race day, parking is available on the west side of Ruby Grant Park off 36th Avenue near Franklin Road, where restrooms are also located.
Participant Details
All participants receive a custom race bib and a finisher gift. The 5K and 1-Mile Fun Run are officially timed. Awards are given to the overall top three male and female finishers, and to the top male and female finisher in each age division for the 5K.
