Farmdaze 24 - Brooklet, Georgia
Farmdaze 24 is an annual ultrarunning event on February 20, 2027, held on a private 350 acre grassfed beef family farm in Brooklet, Georgia. The event offers multiple timed events on a short loop trail that runs through grass pasture and shaded woods. The trail is about two miles per loop, mostly flat, with a few roots and generally not technical. The route is wide enough to pass at most points.
The event program includes:
- 24 hour event
- 12 hour event
- 6 hour event
There is one main manned aid station on the course supplying hot food such as pizza, burgers, and quesadillas, runner snacks and fuel including salty potatoes, broth soup, and gels, plus water and a sports drink. Pacers and family crew are allowed, but dogs are not. The field is limited to 220 participants.
Awards are planned for top finishers in each category, including overall and runner-up places in the 24 hour event. Finishers medals are awarded for meeting distance thresholds: 50 km in 6 hours, 50 miles in 12 hours, and 85 miles in 24 hours. Buckles are awarded for at least 100 miles in 24 hours; the first ten 100-mile finishers receive buckles on site, later qualifiers receive buckles after the event.
Facilities include on-site camping space, areas to set up personal aid stations, running water, and port-a-johns. Live music and on-site food service are scheduled during the weekend. Timing and instant results are provided by a local timing service at an on-site kiosk. The event is 100 percent cup free and participants must provide their own drinking vessel.
