Farmdaze 24

FarmDaze 24 - Brooklet, Georgia

FarmDaze 24 is the tenth and likely final annual ultrarunning event held on a private 350 acre grassfed beef family farm in Brooklet, Georgia. The event takes place on a 2ish mile trail loop that crosses grass pasture and shaded woods. The trail has a few roots, is not technical, and is generally flat and wide enough to pass at most points. There is one main manned aid station offering hot food such as pizza, burgers, and quesadillas, runner snacks and fuel including salty potatoes and broth soup, gels, water, and a sports drink.

Pacers and families are allowed and dogs are not permitted. The field is limited to 220 participants. Awards include overall and runner up placements in the 24 hour event and top finisher awards in the 6 and 12 hour categories. Finishers medals are awarded for meeting distance thresholds: 50k in 6 hours, 50 miles in 12 hours, and 85 miles in 24 hours. Buckles are awarded for 100 miles in 24 hours with the first ten 100 mile finishers receiving buckles on site.

Camping is available on site and along the course. Running water and port a john restroom facilities will be provided. Live music is scheduled on Saturday afternoon into evening and on site food will be grilled with veggie options. Timing and instant results are provided on site by a local timing service.
