2026 Farm to Trail 5K Series @ White Barn Farm

The Farm to Trail 5K Series is a seasonal collection of trail events held at White Barn Farm in Wrentham. Participants can run, walk, or hike through a course that traverses both the farm property and scenic Wrentham conservation land. The series is designed to showcase the open space across three distinct farming seasons.

The series consists of three individual 5k events:

  • Radish Rambler 5K: Held in April, this event coincides with the farm's opening day and Earth Day celebration. Participants may encounter mud-season conditions on the course.
  • Watermelon Wobbler 5K: Taking place in August, this summer event features a green and potentially dusty course during the peak of the season.
  • Pumpkin Pacer 5K: Scheduled for October, this final race focuses on the autumn harvest. The event includes a Halloween costume contest for participants.

Registration is available for individual races or as a full series. Those who register for all three events by the specified spring deadline are entered into the Grand Prix. This competition tracks cumulative results across the series, with awards presented for the lowest total times following the final race. Grand Prix finishers receive a gift bag containing local items and farm treats.

A portion of the registration fees is donated to the White Barn Farm and Wrentham Food Pantry CSA donation fund. White Barn Farm is a vegetable farm and farm stand that focuses on local agriculture and preserving open land. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
