Endless Day Backyard Ultra is a timed backyard ultra held on farm and dirt roads near Richfield, Utah, at 555 N 600 E and Nielson Family Park. The format uses repeated loops: every 90 minutes runners begin a new 6.55 mile loop and may continue as long as they can, up to a 24 hour limit. Each lap must be completed within 90 minutes.

The course is primarily flat dirt roads and farm fields with very little shade. The event takes place within one week of the summer solstice, so daylight hours are long. Organizers note conditions will most likely be sunny, hot, and very dry; crews provide ice and additional cooling resources. There is minimal pavement on the route between the park and the farm roads.

Aid and support include a full aid station at the start/finish park area, one full aid station roughly halfway where Sod Farm Road meets Highway 89, and two self-serve coolers for heat mitigation. Participants can set up personal tents and base camps in the Nielson Family Park; areas near the northern pavilion will be roped off.

Finishers receive milestone mementos and an Endless Day race shirt. The course offers views of the Pahvant Range and Red Hills and is designed so participants will become familiar with the loop over multiple laps.
