The 8th Annual Earth Day Trail Run takes place on April 18, 2026, at the Pennypack Ecological Restoration Trust, 2955 Edge Hill Road, Huntingdon Valley, PA. The event offers trail running and walking options and raises funds for PERT to protect and maintain its 950+ acres of land. Children 12 and under are free. Race entries include a race t-shirt; sizes are guaranteed by 3/31/25. Race results will be professionally timed and published by Bryn Mawr Racing Co.

The courses begin and end at the Pennypack Trust headquarters and run on grass and gravel with rolling hills. The 1-mile course includes a Story Stroll created by the Southampton Library. Pets and dogs are not permitted on the preserve or at the race. Entry categories include member and non-member pricing for each distance. Run through Wissahickon Valley Park on scenic, technical single track trails with 13.1 and 26.2 mile options. Finishers earn a Philly themed medal and can enjoy live music and a pizza party.
