Dirty 5K Trail Running Race

The Dirty 5K Trail Running Race is a trail running event in Hanover, New Hampshire, held on May 10, 2026. The course covers a 5k distance and mixes wide packed trails, open fields, and mellow single track. The event traditionally takes place on Mother’s Day.

Pre-registration is online only. Race day packet pickup and on-site registration are also offered. Entry fees differ by registration method: for pre-registration 14 and under are free, youth 15 to 19 pay $20, and adults pay $25; for race day registration 14 and under are free, youth 15 to 19 pay $25, and adults pay $30. Series registration includes the Dirty 5K.

Age groups are divided by gender and range from Under 12 through 70 plus, using typical five and ten year brackets (Under 12, 12 to 14, 15 to 19, 20 to 29, 30 to 39, 40 to 49, 50 to 59, 60 to 69, 70 and older).
