A season pass and a series T-shirt are offered; the T-shirt is $15 or free with a season pass.
Festival camping is available; designated sites can be reserved and festival-style camping around Shelter 4 is $5 per person per night. Restrooms are within walking distance of the main event site; a playground and splash pad are nearby.
The weekend schedule includes mountain bike events Saturday afternoon and Sunday, and two kayak shuttle trips in the evening with approximate lengths of 3 miles and 2.5 miles. Awards are given to the overall top three in each distance and to top three finishers in each age group. Race rules require visible race numbers, following marked trails, courteous passing, and prohibit headphones and dogs.
