Race format and pacer rules

The event offers solo and relay entries for the 100K, with relay teams in multiple sizes. Pacers are allowed for 100K solo runners and must register and pick up a pacer bib; pacer registration is free. Pacers must complete one full lap before switching at the main building start/finish. Only one pacer may be on course with a runner at a time. Pacers may use aid stations but may not carry items for runners (doing so can result in disqualification). Older runners (60+) may have a pacer for an extended number of laps.

A training run is scheduled in November with at least one marked lap and GPX recommended. Family and fun laps are listed for children and general participants around the lake.
