The course alternates direction by year; 2025 will be run counterclockwise. Course maps and GPX files are provided for each distance. The 100k course lists approximate elevation change (+9332 ft, -9260 ft) and repeated lake and ridge-top laps through Jackson-Washington State Forest. Relay teams run whole laps of roughly 10 miles with about 1600 ft gain per lap; each team member must complete a full lap. A solo 100k entrant may join a relay only if registered for both events.
