The race is open to participants aged 10 and up; those aged 19 and younger on race day receive a youth discount of $15 off the adult entry fee. Walkers are welcome and the event has a generous time limit of 4.5 hours (20:30 per mile pace). Professional timing will be provided. Aid stations are placed every few miles. All entrants receive a T-shirt, and awards are given to the top three male and top three female finishers. Post-race festivities, recovery food, beverages, and parking are provided at the mill.
