Défi endurance Backyard 2026

The Club de course Les Aspirants presents a Backyard-style endurance event at Parc régional de l’Île-Lebel in Repentigny. This format emphasizes mental resourcefulness and perseverance over speed, offering a course with no official timing pressure. The event is open to all runners, regardless of experience level.

The competition follows a specific loop format. Participants must complete a 6,7 km loop every hour. A new start is signaled every 60 minutes for all remaining runners. The challenge continues for a maximum of 12 rounds or until only one runner remains. Participants manage their own pace to utilize the remaining time within each hour for rest and recovery.

BougeBouge offers multiple trail running distances at Montreal's Frédéric-Back Park. The courses are certified trail runs with one water station. Participants receive a souvenir medal and a finisher's prize.
