DC Peaks

DC Peaks is a series of trail ultramarathon events held in the Salt Lake City area of Utah on October 2 and 3, 2026. The events use different nearby trailheads as starting locations and include a range of distances and entry fees. Organizers publish a course overview video that reviews elevation, mileage, terrain, and aid station details for runners to study before race day.

Eligibility for the 100 Miler requires completion of a 50-mile race between January 1, 2024 and the date of registration in 2026. The DC Peaks 50 Miler includes a competitive prize arrangement: the first placing male and female finishers receive a complimentary entry to the 2026 Bear 100 as part of a Bear Tag partnership.

The event organizers also produce a podcast called The Next Aid Station. The podcast discusses ultrarunning topics and is available on YouTube, Spotify, and Apple.
