The event is scheduled for Sunday 16 November 2025 at The Kiosk, Sunnyhurst Woods, Darwen BB3 0LA. Entry is via SiEntries. Entry fees are £7.50 for FRA members and £8.50 for non-members. Course

The race starts on the main path opposite The Kiosk. The route turns left at the bandstand and leaves the wood via the Lychgate carpark next to The Sunnyhurst pub. Competitors then turn right to Waterman's Cottage, follow a concrete path up toward Darwen Tower and run around the moors.
