Dark and Dirty Miles is a night trail event held at Twin Mountains Offroad Park near Kinta, OK. The course combines runnable jeep roads with stretches of technical terrain. As a night race, participants are required to use headlamps.

Race services include fully stocked aid stations, post-race meals, complimentary race photos, and finishers receive unique buckles or medals. Each entry includes a t-shirt; registrants are advised to register 8–10 weeks before the race to increase the chance of receiving a preferred size. Photography is provided by Mile 90 and is included with registration.

The ruck division requires a minimum of 10 pounds of nonconsumable, nonwearable weight; trekking poles and weighted vests are permitted when weight requirements are met. There are no podium awards in the ruck division, but finishers receive a medal and a custom Velcro patch.

Additional notes: all events have an overall cutoff at 7am. A sliding credit policy applies for transfers to other Outlaw events: 90 or more days out yields 100% credit, 30 to 89 days yields 75% credit, and less than 30 days yields no credit. Dogs are allowed only on leash and pacers are permitted for the 50K after five loops. Race management enforces course order, anti-littering, and other rules; violations can result in penalties or disqualification. Local EMS resources will be used for medical emergencies.
