Dark and Dirty Miles is a night trail event held at Twin Mountains Offroad Park near N4300 Rd, Kinta, OK. The course mixes runnable jeep roads with technical trail sections. Participants compete in several trail and ruck distances.

All finishers receive unique buckles or medals. Entries include a t-shirt and complimentary race photos; registrants are advised to register 8–10 weeks before the event to increase the chance of receiving the preferred shirt size. Aid stations will be fully stocked and post-race meals are provided. Photography by Mile 90 is included with registration. The race is described as having a party atmosphere around the start/finish area, with food available and space for family and friends to set up chairs and canopies. Drop bags may be left at the start/finish area. The official cutoff for all events is 7:00 AM.
A ruck division follows specific guidelines: a 10 lb minimum weight, no consumables or clothing counted toward required weight, trekking poles allowed, weighted vests permitted, and finishers earn a medal and a custom Velcro patch but no podium awards.
